The role offers a base salary of $45,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings up to $200,000.

What You Will Do:

Sell whole life and final expense solutions through a phone-based sales process.
Convert qualified leads at a high rate after training, starting with outbound dialing then moving to inbound.
Follow company process, scripts, and coaching to improve performance.

What You Bring:

An active life insurance license in at least one U.S. state.
High accountability and experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
A track record of top-performer results in sales, such as quota attainment or leaderboard performance.
