Vice President, Total Rewards and Systems

Insightsoftware is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Total Rewards and Systems to lead our global compensation, benefits, and HR systems strategy. This role will design, implement, and optimize total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring seamless integration with our HR technology ecosystem. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a total rewards strategy, designing competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, overseeing global compensation programs, leading HR systems strategy, building a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
