Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will contribute to our continued growth leading all operational, project management, and analytical support to the go-to-market teams by helping to increase the velocity of our customer acquisition, customer retention, and service efficiency. This role is about driving the business's management cadence, including mechanisms such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast reporting. You will drive improvements and updates to the team's reporting, tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data. You will also lead the definition and upkeep of generic services pricing and improve overall sales effectiveness by enhancing our sales methodology.
