Job Description
Own the customer experience after sales lead qualification, all the way to the match. Lead Technical Requirements Gathering with Sales/Delivery. Work with Sales/Delivery to set expectations on quality, pricing and timelines. Identify, vet, and place the best-qualified developers to meet customer needs. Own the quality of developers that are surfaced to the customers. Work with various internal operations teams to ensure speed and quality. Share feedback with product teams on how to better improve systems to support Technical Matchers to fulfill more positions.
