Role Overview:
- Individual contributor role focusing on partner identification, recruitment, and development across the Americas.
- Critical to aligning top regional partners with ServiceNow’s AI strategy for fast execution and joint pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and onboard innovative partners to adopt ServiceNow AI into their reference architectures.
- Influence partner practices to create differentiated offerings and generate sourced pipeline opportunities.
- Drive joint execution with partners and sales teams to secure customer design wins and validate AI investments.
Qualifications & Success Measures:
- Over 10 years of experience in partner business development, ISV/channel sales, or enterprise software sales in the Americas.
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and a track record of delivering quarterly outcomes in sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Success measured by number of partners adapting their strategies, growth in partner-sourced AI pipeline, and documented customer design wins.
