Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Clear, confident phone communication and strong written follow-up
- Comfort with metrics and performance targets
Pluses:
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another student/customer-facing role
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, or other CRMs
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach
