You will own end-to-end billing operations for new deals, renewals, and amendments.
You will ensure invoices are accurate and timely, resolving discrepancies proactively.

What You'll Do:

Manage monthly renewal invoicing and validate contract terms.
Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
Identify process improvements and contribute to global billing standardization.

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years in Billing Operations or Order-to-Cash in a high-volume environment.
Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset.
