Job Description
The Program provides the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support is provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance, and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance, and technical support; and lifecycle management.
Duties of a Documentation Specialist may include: Gather, analyze, and compose technical information, conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology, translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and nontechnical personnel. For applications built to run in a Windows environment, use the standard help compiler to prepare all on-line documentation.
