Job Description
Investor Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all investor communications and inquiries.
- Manage the full investor onboarding lifecycle (NDAs, subscription agreements, wire instructions, etc.).
- Prepare and dispatch routine investor communications, including quarterly reports, updates, and newsletters.
Executive Support:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Partner/President, including complex scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Manage the executive calendar, meeting logistics, and document preparation.
- Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution across multiple entities.
