Own the vision and execution for Epoch's website, collaborating with researchers, designers, developers, and comms.
Report to COO as an individual contributor; fully remote with at least 3 hours overlap with Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities:

Define specs and priorities for new features, balancing user needs and research goals.
Set design standards and ensure coherence across the site, including navigation and shared components.
Run projects from concept to launch, including QA and stakeholder feedback.

What we're looking for:

Strong product taste, clear writing, and comfort with data and research.
Experience shipping web products with designers and developers.
Ability to manage priorities, give feedback, and travel to three annual retreats.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary $115,000–$185,000 USD, adjusted for cost of living in certain cities.
