What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted advisor – Represent Ladder and guide customers through their life insurance journey with warmth, clarity, and integrity.
  • Connect with warm leads – Engage qualified inbound prospects primarily through outbound phone calls, and also via text and email.
  • Personalize coverage – Educate customers on their options and provide tailored coverage recommendations based on their personal needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within the life insurance industry.
  • You hold a valid life insurance license in your home state, and are willing to become life insurance licensed in all 50 states and DC.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas in a clear and approachable manner.
