Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via Zendesk, email, phone, and remote sessions
- Perform software installation and upgrade as well as replication configuration and tuning
- Troubleshoot data replication issues and provide solutions to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong customer service orientation and clear, effective communication abilities—both written and verbal
- 2+ years of experience in database administration including installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery and troubleshooting for relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL.
