What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for operational systems and workflows.
- Translate business needs into scalable system designs and implement solutions directly in Salesforce, including objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and configuration updates.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure system changes and new processes align across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar operational roles.
- Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
