Principal Product Manager

Build AI-powered healthcare systems for America’s safety net. Pair Team is redefining how vulnerable populations receive care — and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the charge on our most critical initiatives. We combine technology, AI, and human touch to serve Medicaid patients with complex needs: those experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, serious mental illness, and substance use. As Principal PM, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to company leadership, guiding end-to-end product vision and execution. You’ll work at the bleeding edge of AI-enabled care delivery, building systems that blend clinical, operational, and machine intelligence into one seamless experience — and you'll be empowered to lead with a deep sense of ownership. You will lead major strategic product areas tied to company OKRs and long-term roadmap.
