Line Manager (trial manager oversight)

This role involves recruiting, managing, and leading FSP staff within their designated region. Ensuring the team adheres to all necessary SOPs, policies, regulations, and guidelines is crucial, whilst also maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities include study/site assignments with the Amgen team, supporting the achievement of study goals, and offering consistent feedback to Amgen management. Furthermore, evaluating performance metrics, serving as a point of contact, and managing performance for staff not meeting expectations are essential aspects of the role.
