Job Description
Responsible for remotely configuring, testing, and securing customer-premises equipment (CPE) across a wide range of technologies and platforms. Configure and validate routers, switches, SD-WAN devices, firewalls, and media converters for customer deployments. Maintain and enhance configuration templates for various ISP/MSP service types and collaborate with software developers to automate provisioning. Conduct functional and security testing of customer equipment. Perform root cause analysis on failed or returned equipment and implement corrective actions. Apply and maintain security policies to safeguard customer and internal networks.
