Job Description
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Collaborates with the SVP of Human Resources for compensation related to job descriptions for posting roles and potential rate negotiations. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Is responsible for job posting and advertising processes. Executes proactive outreach campaigns to build qualified candidate pipelines. Schedules interviews and assists with the interview process. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
