Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the full product design lifecycle for the survey taker experience, from discovery and user research through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. You will conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions. You will also develop and maintain components in our design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability. This role involves collaborating closely with Product Managers to define requirements and partnering with Engineering to validate feasibility. Mentoring junior designers and advocating for best practices in UX and accessibility are also key aspects.
