Accounts Payable Specialist

About your tasks:

• Independently process and verify incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in close collaboration with Procurement and Warehouse.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external Accounts Payable-related queries.

About you:

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and work in a structured, precise, and detail-oriented manner.
• You bring relevant professional experience from a similar role in accounting or finance, ideally within Accounts Payable.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
