Payment Posting
Responsibilities:
- Claim Follow-up: Resolve aged claims and appeals via payer portals and outbound calls.
- Denials and appeals: Manage work queue, identify trends, and escalate to leadership.
- Collaborate with Payer Dispute Resolution and Market Access teams.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years medical billing experience.
- Strong preference for molecular laboratory billing experience.
- Understanding of HIPAA and health insurance terminology.
