Client Service Functions:
Daily communication with advisors and clients, resolving inquiries promptly.
Address client questions, research complex situations, and set expectations.
Educate clients and advisors on account services and new technology.
Operational Functions:
Manage daily reports for account activities and ensure timely service delivery.
Assume ownership of inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments.
Manage and complete project work to meet client expectations.
Administrative Functions:
Update client management systems with accurate information.
Complete expense reports on behalf of financial advisors, if requested.
