Job Description
Tenna is seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join their Field Services Team, where you will install Tenna product trackers on mid-sized vehicles and heavy equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and consult with customers on installations. You will also train customers on best practices for hardware installation and the proper use of Tenna products, ensuring installations are completed according to Tenna’s policies and procedures. The role requires maintaining a high degree of knowledge on the Tenna Asset Management System and proactively anticipating equipment needs. Candidates must have 3+ years’ experience as an automotive mechanic or heavy-duty equipment mechanic and possess excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail, along with basic computer skills.
