Job Description

Own and lead ChargeX (North America & EMEA) end-to-end — driving strategic vision, meticulous planning, and flawless execution to deliver high-impact user conferences that fuel business growth and deepen customer engagement. You will own the end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution for Recharge’s largest and most strategic events—ChargeX North America and ChargeX EMEA. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Success, and Executive teams to align event goals with business objectives. Drive content strategy, agenda design, speaker curation (including executives, customers, and industry thought leaders), and attendee experience. Oversee budget management, vendor selection, production timelines, event branding, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting. Set clear KPIs and use data and insights to continuously optimize and innovate future ChargeX programs. Partner with internal stakeholders to support the execution of regional roadshows, community meetups, and co-branded events. Partner with the ABM and Sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across Recharge’s highest-priority account events.
