The Opportunity:

  • Sell AI-first care management software into the UK and Ireland home care market with realistic deal cycles and healthy values.
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end, from first conversation through to signature, with support from marketing and product teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running full sales cycles across new business deals, including consultative discovery and tailored demos.
  • Building and managing a qualified pipeline using HubSpot with disciplined forecasting and stage management.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B SaaS Account Executive with 2+ years of new business quota experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident in running demos, adapting pitches, and handling mid-market deal cycles with complex buying decisions.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with curiosity about AI and its application in the care sector.
