Job Description

The Commercial Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Client Engagement and Delivery teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of commercial documents and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), and Order Forms, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, and Finance. The role also involves tracking contract renewals, updating Salesforce with renewal details, and preparing renewal documentation. Additionally, the Specialist will utilize Salesforce Cases to manage requests from internal teams, maintain accurate records of commercial transactions, and act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. They will also assist with opportunity creation in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy for commercial items, products/solutions, pricing, and contract terms.
