Job Description

Troubleshoot and support all customers via phone, email or chat with website questions/issues. Data entry, setup of web sites and proof site content. Research and register URL’s, scan, create, and load artwork, logos and custom images from variety of sources. Assist in communicating changes and updates to the program to Teleflora Staff. Assist with basic search engine optimization, marketing through social media, online marketing and branding. Assist with daily departmental operations as required. Job Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college business course, technical course certification, or an undergraduate degree a positive. Knowledge/Skills: Experience working with hospitality industry, travel related work or public relations work. Previous floral shop or related industry experience preferred. Experience creating/designing web sites and graphic design skills preferred. Strong written, verbal, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity and experience with the Internet and websites required. Basic knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Outlook required, HTML, CSS experience preferred. Knowledge of Photoshop preferred. Basic knowledge of search engine optimization, marketing through social media, online marketing and branding. Experience in small business consulting preferred
