Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bookkeeping Team Lead to oversee our team of Bookkeepers at Doola. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, and guiding your team to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include: Assisting Bookkeepers in resolving client inquiries; assisting the team in preparing financial reports; providing coaching and feedback; ensuring team adherence to SLAs; overseeing daily management of client-facing bookkeeping inquiries; identifying client pain points; and tracking team performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a bookkeeping team, 5+ years as a bookkeeper, expertise in preparing financial statements, ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, proficiency with ticketing systems, and strong reporting and communication skills.
