Compensation & Scheduling:
- Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows.
- $40/hr for individual sessions and $50/hr for family therapy.
- Fully remote work from anywhere in Illinois with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Clinical Support & Structure:
- Receive free, fully covered supervision hours toward full licensure.
- No administrative burden; the company handles all billing, credentialing, and admin tasks.
- Participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development.
Role Requirements:
- Must hold an active LSW or LPC license in Illinois; pre-licensure candidates cannot be considered.
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems, and availability for afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays.
