Role Overview:
- Support employees across macOS, Windows, and Linux with secure device setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain identity and access management, IT systems, and server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate provisioning, patching, and onboarding using Ansible and scripting.
- Oversee SaaS tools, strengthen security, and lead incident response.
Requirements:
- Strong Linux administration, automation with Ansible, and cross-platform support.
- Experience with Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, and scripting in Bash/Python.
