About the Role:
- We're looking for a Senior ICT Technician to own internal IT at Nabu Casa.
- You'll ensure our global team has secure, reliable computers, accounts, and tools.
- You'll work with Cloud engineering to keep our server landscape secure.
What You'll Do:
- Manage device setup, identity access, and day-to-day IT support across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Automate provisioning and maintenance with Ansible and scripting.
- Own internal security baseline, run access reviews, and respond to incidents.
