Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead integration of AI-driven capabilities and automation into legal and compliance processes.
- Build and manage centralized intake systems, develop prioritization frameworks, and implement AI-assisted triage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced or AI-related training strongly preferred.
- 7+ years relevant experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or healthcare operations.
- Experience applying AI or automation in operational environments preferred.
