Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Veterans by answering pharmacy-related telephone inquiries, assisting with prescription requests, and delivering professional customer service.
  • Process prescription renewals, new prescriptions, and controlled substance requests using established pharmacy procedures.
  • Document patient interactions in CPRS and other required systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and current CPhT through PTCB or ExCPT from NHA.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience and strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience in a call center or with electronic health records like CPRS is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Remote work, must reside within 50 miles of designated locations in AZ, NM, CA.
  • Full-time, 24/7 schedule with shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM Pacific Time.
  • Contingent upon contract award; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and annual bonus.
