Responsibilities:
- Manage the transition from Sales to Implementation and verify orders.
- Establish scope of work for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Create supporting technical and system documentation.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience installing and/or supporting Card Systems or Point of Sale systems.
- Good understanding of Oracle Simphony and CBORD Odyssey.
- Strong understanding of networking, wiring requirements, and IT terminology.
