Senior Technical Recruiter

As Monstro’s Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a foundational role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire world-class talent across engineering, AI, product, and beyond. This is not just a Recruiting role; it is an opportunity to design and execute the blueprint for how Monstro builds exceptional teams. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning the full recruiting lifecycle while building systems that scale with speed, precision, and quality. From talent mapping the most competitive tech markets to designing recruiting infrastructure, you will ensure Monstro consistently attracts the top 1% of talent across all disciplines. Lead end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data, Architecture, and Product function and non-technical roles as needed. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, driving transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism at every touchpoint. Work closely with the Head of Talent to refine and scale Monstro’s People Operations.
