Job Description
This role is responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of clientsβ requirements and identifying opportunities to offer products or services that align with their business goals. The role assists senior team members in managing account plans while achieving and/or exceeding quotas.
Responsibilities include coordinating account plans, leveraging specialty to capitalize on growth opportunities, building relationships with the client's IT organization, and collaborating with external partners and internal teams. The role also analyzes win/loss results, supports the sales team in prospecting potential business opportunities, and engages with clients to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
