New Policy Coach (Director/VP+)

About The Role:

• We are looking for senior leaders in policy roles who value learning, growth, and community.
• The ideal candidate is a strong operator who understands policy organizations at tech companies.
• Examples of relevant backgrounds include: AI / Responsible AI Policy, Public Policy / Government Affairs.

Who are you?:

• A director, vice president, or other senior policy leader with 15+ years of experience.
• Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace to build fulfilling careers and lives.
• Experience in AI policy, platform governance, content moderation, privacy, or emerging tech regulation is a strong plus.

Your routine responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Being an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.

Other details:

• This is a contract position in which coaches are paid per hour.
• You are able to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months.
• Candidates must be based in North America or Europe.
