Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to companies, foundations, and dev communities interested in hackathons or open innovation programs. Qualify Rigorously: Use a structured framework to assess intent, budget, timing, and fit β€” ensuring only real opportunities reach the AEs. Leverage Networks: Tap into existing contacts, events, and industry channels to find promising entry points. Set Up Meetings: Schedule and prepare warm, high-context handoffs between qualified leads and our AEs. Track Progress: Maintain CRM hygiene and report on KPIs (meetings booked, SQLs generated, conversions). Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product on ICP evolution and lead quality.
