Head of Commercial Transactions

Leadership and Management:

• Oversee a global team of attorneys and contract professionals.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure legal expertise and business partnership.
• Drive operational excellence across the commercial transactions function.

Deal Negotiation and Strategy:

• Lead negotiator for high-value customer and partner transactions.
• Drive deal strategy and contract processes to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Establish trust-based relationships with C-level and senior executives.

Collaboration and Support:

• Partner across the business, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience.
• Collaborate within the Legal Function on product, privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Provide commercial legal support for strategic initiatives such as alliances and channel programs.
