- Own and maintain baseline across ITMS, tools, operational processes, inventories, dependencies, and ownership to guide network consolidation.
- Document current/target states for tooling, business processes, dependency maps, SOPs, and runbooks, identifying gaps and rationalization opportunities.
- Support lifecycle management of tools/platforms, maintain RAID/decision logs, and produce executive dashboards on progress, risks, and cost analysis.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as Technical Solution Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role in IT, telecom, or managed services.
- Strong experience documenting business processes, tools, workflows, and dependencies.
- Proficient with Visio, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, able to transform messy operational input into structured artifacts.
- Understanding of IT operations and service management practices (change, incident, request, configuration).
