Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview processes, leveraging recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with company leaders to refine role requirements, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and maintain healthy talent pipelines.

Requirements:

• Possess 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth-stage startups, with deep knowledge of the tech industry.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, data fluency, and the ability to maintain quality while moving quickly in demanding environments.
• Exhibit strong written communication skills, essential for a high-documentation culture, and comfort using AI and emerging technologies.
