- Partner with company leaders to refine role requirements, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and maintain healthy talent pipelines.
Requirements:
- Possess 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth-stage startups, with deep knowledge of the tech industry.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, data fluency, and the ability to maintain quality while moving quickly in demanding environments.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills, essential for a high-documentation culture, and comfort using AI and emerging technologies.
