Role Overview:
- Own talent marketing strategy and employer branding for Moniepoint's European expansion.
- Act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition, Engineering Leadership, and Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build localized talent go-to-market strategies for engineering hubs in Poland and Spain.
- Lead physical and virtual developer events with end-to-end pipeline activation.
- Run targeted hiring campaigns and equip recruiters with narrative toolkits.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in talent marketing or technical recruitment leadership.
- Deep fluency in European developer ecosystems and event-driven hiring.
- Proven ability to drive measurable hires with disciplined budget ownership.
