About the role:

• Samsara is on a mission to power connected operations, and as Senior Early Talent & G&A Recruiter, you'll lead Engineering Early Talent and G&A hiring across EMEA.
• This high-impact role offers direct visibility and influence with regional and global business leaders in a fast-growing organisation.

What you'll do:

• Lead G&A hiring across EMEA, partnering with leaders in Finance, People, Legal, and IT.
• Build Early Talent programs in EMEA, including university relations and campus pipelines.
• Use data to refine recruiting strategies and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech organisation with a high hiring bar.
• Proven experience building Early Talent programs and hiring for Engineering New Grads and Interns in the UK.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and comfort with AI-forward tools and methodologies.
