WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own roles across engineering and GTM, sourcing directly and closing hires for European markets.
- Screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and run an automated, tight process.

- 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting with real sourcer skills for hard engineering roles.
- Technically literate, organised, direct, and already using AI tools.
