MoonPay is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security.
Technical hiring here is fast-moving, competitive and rarely straightforward, so you'll own searches end-to-end.

What You Will Do:

Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from kick-off through assessment, offer and close.
Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define what great looks like and build effective strategies.
Bring data and market insight into hiring conversations and use AI across sourcing, screening, research and reporting.

About You:

Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech organisations, with a track record in competitive markets.
Deep technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security, with strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills.
Data-driven, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident influencing hiring managers.
