The Role:

Contract Technical Talent Acquisition Partner scaling Invisible's technical talent pipeline.
Responsible for building and maintaining evergreen pipelines of engineers across data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for evergreen roles across technical domains.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering leadership to forecast hiring needs.
Own end-to-end hiring processes and represent Invisible as a talent brand ambassador.

What We Need:

Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience with deep expertise in data, ML, and software development talent.
Track record of building just-in-time pipelines in high-growth environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
