Role:
- Temporary contract focused on sourcing, outreach, and pipeline generation for AI roles.
- Partner with the team to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build top-of-funnel candidate pipelines using AI-native tools like Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Research hard-to-reach AI talent, manage outreach, and track candidates in Ashby.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience sourcing highly technical talent, ideally in AI/ML or engineering.
- Strong sourcing judgment and comfort with modern AI sourcing tools and workflows.
