Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing HubSpot workflows, forms, fields, pipelines, triggers, lists, tags, and automations, documenting the current environment before changes are made.
- Support the migration from HubSpot to GoHighLevel, including rebuilding workflows, pipeline automations, forms, fields, triggers, and business logic.
- Validate migrated CRM data, fields, pipelines, workflows, automations, and user-facing configurations to ensure accuracy and readiness for launch.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working with GoHighLevel and HubSpot, ideally including hands-on CRM migration experience between the two platforms.
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, and monday.com, including building or troubleshooting workflows and system connections.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, sales pipelines, business workflows, triggers, conditions, and data flows.
Benefits:
- $45–$75 CAD per hour compensation range.
- Remote position based in Canada.
