About the Role:
- Lead the IT team and systems supporting employees across offices and remote workforce.
- Set priorities, coach the team, and own the identity, endpoint, SaaS, and office technology foundations.
What You Will Do:
- Run reliable IT service delivery including intake, triage, escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage identity and access in Okta, endpoint fleet with Jamf, and SaaS administration and governance.
- Partner with Security on endpoint protection, identity controls, and incident response.
What We Are Looking For:
- Approximately 5 years of experience leading an IT team in a cloud-first, high-growth company.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, MDM, macOS, and IT service desk operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees and leaders across the company.
