Role Overview:
- Architect and optimize Asterisk-based VoIP platforms, including IVRs, call routing, and conferencing.
- Design scalable telephony infrastructure with SIP trunks, codecs, and real-time components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor engineers on AGI/ARI/AMI automation and custom call logic.
- Lead cloud deployments on AWS/GCP/Azure ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end communication solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in telephony/VoIP, 7+ years with Asterisk PBX.
- Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, and VoIP troubleshooting.
- Strong scripts in Python/Bash and Linux administration.
