Architect & Design:
- Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations between Five9, AI solutions, and internal applications.
- Lead technical implementation of telephony and AI initiatives, including platform migrations and workflow automation.
- Configure and optimize Five9 dialer campaigns, call routing, IVRs, queues, and skills.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with Information Security, Compliance, and IT to support security reviews and SOX controls.
- Manage technical relationships with telephony, carrier, AI, and integration vendors.
- Coordinate issue resolution and platform enhancements with external partners.
Optimization & Support:
- Support SIP trunk configurations, carrier connectivity, and telephony infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform and integration issues, coordinating with teams and vendors.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures.
